摘要 TD-SCDMA系统在商用初期由于频段、投资、建设等原因无法做到完全的连续覆盖,因此需要覆盖较好的GSM网络进行必要的广域业务承载,TD-SCDMA与GSM异系统间的切换机制是决定着用户无缝感知的基础,本文通过对异系统切换的基本原因进行梳理与分析,提出基于现网的TD-SCDMA与GSM异系统间切换优化方案。 At the initial commercialized stage, the development of the TD-SCDMA system is somehow limited by its incontinuous network coverage due to high frequency, investment and construction schedule etc. Therefore, the service on site needs to be inherited on the GSM system with better network coverage by means of inter-radio access technology handoff in order to assure seamless user experience. This paper briefly introduces the basic theorem of inter-RAT handoff and also proposes an optimized handoff solution.
