蕲蛇酶治疗急性脑梗塞140例

CLIANICAL STUDY ON THE EFFICACY OF ACUTOBIN INJECTION IN TREATMENT OF 140 PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CEREBRAL INFACTION

目的 :评价蕲蛇酶注射液治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :采用蕲蛇酶注射液 (0 .75U)静滴 ,qd ,连用 14d ,观察治疗前后血液流变学和神经功能缺损程度积分。 结果 :蕲蛇酶注射液治疗急性脑梗塞总有效率为 99.3% ,不良反应轻微。结论 :蕲蛇酶注射液为治疗急性脑梗塞安全有效的药物。

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acutobin injection in treatmeut of acute cerebral infarction.METHODS:Acutobin injection was dripped intravenously once a day for 14 days,observe indicates of blood rheology and insufficiency of neurologic function scale before and after the treatment.RESULTS:The total effective rate was 99.3%,only mild adverse effects were found. CONCLUSION:Acutobin injection is safe and effective medicine for treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
