八珍汤加减对牙周炎大鼠正畸移动的影响

Effect of Modified Bazhen Decoction on Tooth Movement in Periodontitis Rats

目的:建立SD大鼠疾病模型,探讨八珍汤加减方剂作用下牙周炎大鼠正畸移动的改变,为临床上日益增加的牙周病患者正畸寻找有效的方法。方法:将80只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(N,20只)、牙周病正畸组(OP,30只)、牙周病正畸给药组(OPY,30只),通过大体观察、口腔内检查和组织病理学检查,评价大鼠的牙周组织改变。结果:组织病理学检查显示N组牙周组织无病理性改变,OP组牙槽嵴顶及牙槽骨吸收、破坏,牙槽骨吸收近根尖1/3。OPY组受压侧牙周膜纤维和牙间水平组纤维变窄,破骨细胞多;牵拉侧牙周膜变宽,成骨细胞活跃。结论:实验选用的八珍汤加减方剂有利于牙周炎大鼠正畸治疗中牙齿的稳定移动。

Objective： To establish an experimental periodontitis animal model for the study of the effect of modified Bazhen decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine,on the tooth movement.Methods： Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups.The orthodontic movement of each group was evaluated by gross observation,oral and histopathologic examination after three weeks.Results： The histopathologic examination revealed that the periodontal tissue of normal group had no pathological changes.In periodontitis model group,we found alveolar ridge top absorption and alveoli bone loss approximate to the 1/3 of root apex.While in Bazhen decoction treatment group,in the compression side,periodontal membrane fibers narrowed and osteoclasts multiplied,and in the traction side,the pericementum widened and osteoblasts were activated.Conclusion： The rats fed in modified Bazhen decoction were induced a proper orthodontic tooth movement in the case of reduced periodontal tissue destruction.
