自酸蚀粘结剂合并流动树脂对儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭的临床应用 被引量:5

Clinical Application of Self Etching Adhesives Combined with Flowable Resin in Sealing Children's First Permanent Molar Pit and Fissure

摘要 目的:观察使用自酸蚀粘结剂合并流动树脂对儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭的临床效果。方法:选择150例6-10岁儿童已完全萌出第一恒磨牙600颗,平均分为2组。实验组采用自酸蚀粘结剂处理牙面后以流动树脂进行窝沟封闭;对照组采用传统35%磷酸酸蚀法处理牙面后以窝沟封闭剂进行窝沟封闭。记录所需操作时间,定期复查6,12,24个月封闭剂保留情况和患龋情况。结果:实验组封闭一颗牙的操作时间为(121±10)s,较对照组(250±12)s短(P<0.01)。封闭后6,12,24个月复查时实验组窝沟封闭剂保留率高于对照组,实验组患龋率低于对照组,除6个月患龋率无差异外,两组材料保留率和患龋率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自酸蚀粘结剂合并流动树脂进行窝沟封闭,能缩短操作时间,提高封闭剂的保留率,能有效预防儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟龋的发生。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of using self-etching adhesives with flowable resin in sealing children's first permanent molar pit and fissure.Methods: A total of 150 cases of 6-to 10-year-old children,who had already erupted their 600 first permanent molars,were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted self-etching adhesives as combined with flowing resin fissure sealant,and the control group adopted traditional 35% phosphoric acid etching method.The operating time and the outcomes after 6,12,and 24 months' follow-up were recorded.Results: The experimental group required an operation time of(121±10) s for sealing,shorter than that of the control group(250±12) s(P〈0.01).After 6,12,and 24 months respectively,the sealant retention rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the caries rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group.Except for 6 months,the caries rate of materials,retention,and caries incidence differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P〈0.05).Conclusion: Self-etching adhesives with flow resin fissure sealant can shorten the operation time and improve the sealant retention rate,and can effectively prevent the first permanent molars of children from pit and fissure caries.
