时辰诱导化疗联合同期放化疗治疗局部晚期头颈部鳞癌的临床分析 被引量：7

摘要 近年来，头颈部鳞癌发病率呈上升趋势，近70％患者就诊时为局部晚期，预后较差。对于局部晚期头颈部鳞癌治疗策略是提倡放化综合治疗的模式，在尽可能消灭或控制肿瘤的同时还需要最大程度地保全器官功能和提高生活质量。
