心率对双源CT冠状动脉血管成像检查辐射剂量的影响

摘要
随着双源CT(DSCT)的推出,冠状动脉CT血管成像(CTA)已经成为冠状动脉狭窄患者冠状动脉DSA检查的重要替代手段,其安全简便、无创的检查方法在为临床提供更丰富的影像学信息的同时,也不可避免地增加了受检人群的总体受辐射剂量水平,因此,CT扫描时应严格控制辐射剂量。本研究通过比较两家三甲医院1个月的冠状动脉CTA检查,评价双源CT的冠状动脉成像辐射剂量平均水平及相关因素,以期找到实现个性化低剂量冠状动脉扫描相关因素。
