摘要
从statistics的数据处理能力出发,运用统计学知识对316L不锈钢柠檬酸钝化工艺参数正交实验数据进行分析,找出钝化速率的主要影响因素;柠檬酸含量5wt%、双氧水含量5wt%、钝化时间60 min为最佳的实验方案;双氧水含量为钝化速率的主要影响因素。
The orthogonal experiment data of 316L stainless steel after passivation by citric acid was analyzed based on statistics.The most important elements infective passivation speed,analyse error of orthogonal experiment were found out.The optimum experiment project is citric acid content of 5wt%,hydrogen peroxide content of 5wt%,passivation time of 60 min.The hydrogen peroxide content are the main factors for passivation rate.
