安全壳主要用来控制和限制放射性物质从反应堆扩散出去,以保护公众免遭放射性物质的伤害。发生罕见的反应堆一回路水外逸的失水事故时,安全壳是防止裂变产物释放到周围的最后一道屏障。安全壳一般是内衬钢板的预应力混凝土厚壁容器,顶部呈半球形。文中主要探讨如何通过控制SA-738 Gr.B:中、低温压力容器用热处理的碳锰硅钢板在钢制安全壳制造过程中的设计、制造、安装、检验和试验等过程来保证安全壳及非能动安全壳冷却系统功能的实现。
Containment was used to control and limit radioactive substance not to diffuse outside the reactor, in order to protect the public fxom the harm of radioactive substance. In case of rare accident LOCA (Loss of Coolant Accident) of first loop, the containment is the last barrier to prevent the release of fission products to the surroundings. Generally, the containment is a thick concrete container with lining steel in it, which has a hemispheric top. The design, fabrication, installation, inspection and test of SA-738Gr.B heat-treated, carbon-manganese-silicon steel were controlled. For moderate and lower temperature service, the function of the containment vessel and RCS system were guaranteed.
