缸底锻件调质工艺研究

摘要 研究了液压缸底锻件的调质工艺参数对锻件力学性能的影响。结果表明:经860℃油淬+560℃回火处理,工件满足力学性能指标,改进后的工艺能提高产品的质量,并降低能源消耗。 The effects of heat processing parameters on the performance of cylinders bottom forging were studied.The results show that the products can meet the requirements of mechanical properties with oil quenching temperature of 860℃ and tempering temperature of 560℃.
