温度对CuNiMnFe/1Cr18Ni9Ti双金属复合材料结合区的影响

摘要 采用真空扩散连接法制备了CuNiMnFe/1Cr18Ni9Ti双金属复合材料,研究了连接温度对结合区的组织形貌、界面反应层宽度、界面区域显微硬度的影响。结果表明,在1 130℃下连接的双金属复合材料界面反应层的厚度最宽,反应层中均匀分布着大量细小的沉淀相;界面的显微硬度介于两种母材之间,整体呈现"Z"字型分布,界面附近没有生成对接头结合强度有害的脆性相,两种母材达到了良好的冶金结合。 CuNiMnFe/1Cr18Ni9Ti bimetal composite was prepared by vacuum diffusion bonding, and the influences of melt-casting temperature on the microstructure of bonding pad, the thickness of the interracial reaction layer and the microhardness of interface region were investigated. The results show that the dimension and distribution of the precipitated phase from the CuCr/1Cr18Ni9Ti bimetal composite bonded at 1 130 ℃ are the widest; a large number of exiguous sediments are evenly distributed in the interracial reaction layers; the microhardness of interface region is between the two matrixes, and is distributed taking on the shape of "Z". The two base metals have a good metallurgical bonding without harmful brittle phases in the bonding region.
