摘要 研究了铝对HK40耐热钢组织和冲击性能的影响,并对冲击断口进行了观察和分析。结果表明,未添加铝和含铝量为1.68%的HK40耐热钢的组织由奥氏体和碳化物组成;含铝量为4.72%和7.10%时,组织中出现了大量颗粒状的γ′相。加入铝使合金的冲击功明显下降。加入铝量为1.68%的合金冲击功下降较少,为未加铝时的80.11%;加入铝量为4.72%和7.10%时,冲击功仅为未加铝时的33.51%和19.62%。 The effect of Al on the microstructure and impact property of HK40 heat-resistant steel was studied. The fracture surface of impact specimens was observed. The results show that the microstructure of HK40 heat-resistant steel with 1.68% Al is similar to the alloy without Al, composed of austenite and carbide. While granular γ′ phase is present at the microstructure of the alloys with 4.72% and 7.10% Al. Impact work of the alloys with Al reduces obviously. The impact work of the alloy with 1.68% Al is 80.11% of that without Al. And the impact works of the alloys with 4.72% and 7.10% Al are only 33.51% and 19.62% of that without Al.
