摘要
将Mg-9%Al-3%Ca合金加热到700℃,当表面氧化膜形成后,冷却至室温,去除表面氧化膜,制成经过氧化的Mg-9%Al-3%Ca合金,然后再次加热,氧化生成氧化膜,并对其进行扫描电镜分析和高温氧化动力学研究。结果表明,经过氧化后的合金再生的氧化膜光滑平整、致密;在温度为400、600、700℃时,经过氧化的合金的恒温氧化动力学曲线遵循抛物线规律。说明Mg-9%Al-3%Ca合金表面氧化膜有良好的再生能力。
The Mg-9%Al-3%Ca magnesium alloy was heated to 700 ℃, forming a surface oxide film, the oxidized Mgalloy was obtained after removing the surface oxidation film at room temperature; and then again heated and oxided, re-forming oxide film. And the Mg-alloy was analyzed by SEM and studied by high-temperature oxidation kinetics. The results show that the re-formed oxidation film of oxidized Mg-9%Al-3%Ca alloy is very smooth and denser, and the oxidation dynamics curves at 400, 600 and 700 ℃ follow parabolic law. It illustrates that the regeneration ability of oxidation film on Mg-9%Al-3%Ca Mg-alloy was good.
