摘要
通过计算含铌铁液在1 573 K、铌含量为0.027%、0.013%、0.006%的氧活度,比较含铌铁液脱硅、脱磷及脱锰终点的氧活度的大小,确定含铌铁液脱磷过程中,铌、锰、硅含量的变化。结果表明:保持含铌铁液氧活度是9.471×10-5时,铁液中的锰基本不变化,硅可全部脱除,铌含量显著减少到0.013%。氧化钡脱磷效果优于氧化钙脱磷效果。
Oxygen activity in liquid iron containing Nb about 0.027%, 0.013% and 0.006% was calculated at 1 573 K and was compared with the final oxygen activity after desilication, dephosphorization and removal of Mn from Nb-containing liquid iron. Variation of Si, Mn and Nb in the process of dephosphorization was researched. The results show that, when the oxygen activity of liquid iron is 9.471 × 10^-5 during dephosphorization, the variation of Mn in the liquid iron is very little, silicon can be removal of all, niobium content is significantly reduced to 0.013%. Dephosphorization effect of BaO-based flux is superior to that of CaO- containing slag.
