摘要
采用与缸盖生产相似的条件,进行了大量铸件缩松缺陷复制试验,研究了多品种孕育剂和孕育剂不同加入量以及铬、磷、钛对灰铸铁件缩松的影响,并指出了改进措施。采用复合孕育剂及低磷、低钛炉料,熔制的RECrMnSiFe合金能够减少灰铸铁件的缩松缺陷。
Using the conditions similar to the production of cylinder head, a large number of the tests of casting shrinkage defects were repeated, the effects of different inoculant and content, as well as chromium, phosphorus, titanium on shrinkage in gray iron castings were studied, and the improvement measures were pointed out. The shrinkage defects in gray iron castings can be reduced by using low-P, low-Ti charge and compound inoculation RECrMnSiFe alloy.
