摘要 [目的 ] 寻求在实验室消除饮用水中微囊藻毒素 (MicrocystinMC)的方法。 [方法 ] 采用间接竞争ELISA法检测毒素含量 ,在实验室中对氯化、臭氧、活性炭、紫外线等几种水处理方法进行了评价。 [结果 ] 臭氧、活性炭的效果好 ,而氯化和紫外线则须在较高条件下才能达到理想效果。 [结论 ] 在水厂、家庭应用臭氧或活性炭消毒不失为好的安全饮用水方式。 Objective] To explore the methods of removing Microcyatin from drinking water in laboratory.[Methods] The water samples were treated by chlorination、oxonation、active carbon (AC)、ultraviolet(uv) and determined by using ELISA.[Result] It was suggested that ozonation and AC are more effective however, chlorination and UV only achieve good effect under right conditions.[Conclusion] In water plant and family using ozonation or AC for removing MC was a good way.
