Preparation of Virus Cleaning Emulsion and its Clinical Treatment Effect for Condyloma Acuminatum

[目的 ] 研究治疗尖锐湿疣的病毒净搽液的制备法和疗效。 [方法 ] 拟定制备工艺 ,建立TLC鉴别等质量控制实验 ,对其稳定性初步考察和进行临床观察。 [结果 ] 制备工艺可行 ,搽剂质量稳定 ,对尖锐湿疣临床观察总有效率为 86 2 %。 [结论 ] 病毒净搽剂是一种治疗尖锐湿疣的有效药物。

Objective] To study making method of virus cleaning emulsion and its clinical effect in the treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum.[Methods] The technology of making virus cleaning was designed, The quality control test by using TLC was established and its stability was inspected primarily. clinical Observations was used. [Result] The technology of making virus cleaning exmulsion was practicable. The quality of the virus cleaning emulsion was stable. The total effective rate for Condyloma Acuminatum was 86.2%. [Conclusion] virus cleaning emulsion was an effective drug in the treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum.
