摘要
[目的 ] 建立一种对烟草中的香豆素进行定量分析方法 ,证明香豆素是烟草中的某种成分 ,并能通过抽烟挥发出来。 [方法 ] 通过柱层析→浓缩→薄层层析→荧光分析 ,测定了卷烟烟气中香豆素含量。 [结果 ] 该法的荧光测定最低检出限为 0 0 0 1μg/ml ,薄层最低检出量为 0 1μg ,最低样品检出限为 1μg/ml,变异系数为 3 1%~3 7%,平均回收率为 92 %。 [结论 ] 该方法分离效果好 ,灵敏度、精密度和准确度高 ,并证明卷烟烟气中含有香豆素。
Objective] To establish determinative method of coumarin and prove coumarin was one composition in tobacco and can be volatilized by smoking.[Methods] The article reported coumarin in cigarette smoke was determined by post layer separating→concertrating→thin layer separating→fluorescent.[Result] The lowest determination limit of this method is 1μg/ml。 The result shows that cigarette smoke contain coumarin.[Conclusion] The post layer and thin layer seperate were good method for detemination of coumarin and coumarin was one volatilzable composition in tobacco.
