摘要
提出一种新型的氧化铝浓度判定方法。针对铝电解过程中氧化铝浓度判断困难问题,综合利用模糊解耦、模糊推理方法,根据槽电压判定当前浓度值,同时建立氧化铝浓度正交变换预测判定模型,利用当前浓度值、槽状态、槽电压以及出铝量作为输入因素来判定下一时刻氧化铝浓度。相比其他的氧化铝浓度判定方法,提出的预测法提高了氧化铝浓度判定的准确度,使控制系统可以提前制定下料间隔,很大程度上降低了控制系统的滞后性,实现了铝电解槽的优化生产。
This paper presents a new method to determine the alumina concentration. Consider the difficulty in alumina concentration judgment , By using fuzzy decoupling, fuzzy reasoning methods, determine the current concentration based on the aluminum cell volt- age, While establishing the alumina concentration orthogonal transform prediction model, using the current concentration, tank status, cell voltage and the quantity of aluminum as input factors to determine the alumina concentration at next time. Compared to other meth- ods to determine the concentration of alumina, my approach improve the accuracy of alumina concentration judgment , allows the system to pre - decide the feeding gap, mainly solve the lag of the control system, achieve optimal production of aluminum cell.
