摘要 对预鞣剂DAGC和氧化剂过氧化脲处理后的油鞣革性能进行了研究,确定了DAGC和过氧化脲用于油鞣的最佳用量,建立了新的化学氧化油鞣工艺。结果表明:DAGC的用量为2%,过氧化脲的用量为5%(用量以山羊酸皮质量为基准)时,得到的油鞣革的收缩温度、抗张强度和撕裂强度高,延伸率大,手感丰满。整个油鞣过程可在24~36h内完成。 The properties of the chamois were studied, which was treated by DAGC used as a pretanning agent and urea perox- ide used as an oxidizing agent. The optimum dosage of DAGC and urea peroxide was obtained. The new oil tannage process of chemical oxidation was found. The results show that when the dosage of DAGC is 2% and the urea peroxide is 5%, based on the pelt weight, the treated chamois leather has good properties of shrinkage temperature, tensile strength, crack strength and elongation, as well as good feeling. The duration of oil tannage can be accomplished within 24 - 36h.
