摘要
大尹格庄金矿自动控制系统以"稳定、平衡"为设计理念,采用切实可行的检测手段与控制方法,实现了选矿工艺的自动控制。详细介绍了破碎筛分和磨矿分级控制系统设计及控制过程,并对选矿自动控制系统应用前后的主要工艺和技经指标进行对比。结果表明:选矿自动控制系统的应用,有效地提高了管理效率、设备生产能力及劳动生产率,降低了材料消耗和工人劳动强度,取得了很好的应用效果。
Automatic control system in Dayingezhuang gold mine takes the idea of stable and balance as its design concept and realizes automatic control of mineral processing process applying practical means of detection and control.The paper elaborates the system design and control engineering of crushing and screening and grinding hierarchical control,and comparisons of main processes and technical and economic indexes are made between pre and post applications of the automatic control system.And improved management effectiveness,facility production capacity and labour productivity,lowered material consumption and working intensity together indicate satisfactory outcome of the application.
