亲环素B、D在肝纤维化模型中的变化及其意义 被引量:2

Study of Cyciophilin B and D in rat liver fibrosis models

摘要 亲环素B在体内分布广泛,与多种疾病相关,特别是与自身免疫性疾病关系密切。亲环素B的下降与HCV抑制程度相关,提示抑制亲环素B表达可能会影响HCV引起的肝病的结局如肝纤维化与肝硬化等Ⅲ。亲环素D是另外一个重要的结合蛋白,其被结合后能够抑制线粒体通透性转换功能。Rehman等团发现,胆管结扎小鼠模型可以通过线粒体通透性转换抑制肝脏坏死,这可能也与亲环素D的结合有关。而对于亲环素B和D在肝硬化以及肝纤维化中的作用报道较少。在本研究中,我们观察了亲环素B与D在肝纤维化肝脏中的表达,并验证了干扰其表达后肝纤维化指标的变化。
