摘要
目的:探讨补充紫芝多糖粉对雄性SD大鼠力竭运动所导致的运动表现、能量代谢及组织损伤的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分为控制组(C)、力竭组(E)、力竭低剂量紫芝组(EL)、力竭中剂量紫芝组(EM)及力竭高剂量紫芝组(EH),每组8只。力竭给药组大鼠分别以文献常用剂量为100mg/kg、200mg/kg、500mg/kg剂量空腹紫芝多糖溶液灌胃,控制组和力竭对照组大鼠服用等剂量生理盐水,服用30天后,将控制组大鼠直接处死,4个力竭组做跑步运动至力竭后处死,采集其血液、肌肉及肝脏样本,分别测定血浆中葡萄糖(GLU)、乳酸(LAC)及血尿素氮(BUN)浓度,血浆中天门冬胺酸转胺酶(AST)、丙胺酸转胺酶(ALT)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,测定体重、跑步时间(力竭时间)、肝糖原和肌糖原含量。结果:能量代谢方面,与C组相较,E组的肌糖原含量、血糖浓度显著降低、血尿素氮浓度显著增加(P<0.05);与E组相较,EM组血糖浓度及肌糖原含量显著降低,而EH组肌糖原含量显著降低(P<0.05),其余数据均无显著差异。跑步时间方面,EL组、EH组较E组显著延长(P<0.05),且EH组较EL组显著延长(P<0.05),而EM组只有增加的趋势。组织损伤方面,E组血浆AST、ALT、CK及LDH活性显著高于C组(P<0.05)。与E组相较,EL、EM及EH组的AST、ALT、CK及LDH活性皆无显著差异。结论:补充紫芝多糖粉可以显著增强大鼠运动表现和抗运动性疲劳的作用,能一定程度减轻心肌、骨骼肌、肝脏损伤;另外,补充高剂量(500 mg/kg.d)紫芝多糖粉对抗运动性疲劳作用效果最好,说明在一定范围内存在着量—效关系。
Objective: This paper mainly discusses replenishing the Ganoderma sinensis polysaecharide powder to the influence of exercise performance, energy metabolism and the tissue damage caused by the male SD rat exhaustive exercise. Method: 40 male SD rats are divided into 5 groups at random and there are 8 rats in each group of which respectively are control group, exhaustive contrast group, exhaustive low dosage group, exhaustive medium dosage group and exhaustive high dosage group. Exhaustive dose group rat respectively feed in 100 mg/kg · d, 200 mg/kg · d and 500mg/kg · d dosage of Ganoderma sinensis polysaceharide powder in limosis, and feed the control group and exhaustive contrast group rat the isodose normal saline. After feeding for 30 days, kill the control group rats directly, and kill the four exhaustive groups which do the running sports until exhausted and then collect the blood, muscle and liver sample, and respectively measure the GLU (glucose), LAC (lactic acid) in the blood plasma, and the BUN (blood urea nitrogen) concentration as well as the AST (aspartate aminotrans- ferase), ALT (alanine aminotransferase), CK (ereatine kinase) and LDH (lactic dehydrogen- ase) activity. And measure the weight, running time (exhaustive time), hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen content. Result:in the energy metabolism aspect, compared with group C, the group E of the muscle glycogen content and blood sugar concentration reduced conspicuously, and the BUN ( blood urea nitrogen) concentration increased conspicuously (P〈 0.05) ; compared with group E, group EM of the blood sugar concentration and muscle glycogen content reduced conspicuously, and the group EH of the muscle glycogen reduced conspicuously (P〈 0.05), there was no any conspicuous difference about the other data. In the running aspect, compared with group E, group EL and group EH lengthen conspicuously (P〈0.05), whaCs more, group EH conspicuously lengthen more than group EL, while group EM only appeared the trend of increasing. In the tissue damage aspect, the group E blood plasma AST, ALT, CKand LDH activity are conspicuously higher than group C(P;0.05). Compared with group E, the AST, ALT, CK and LDH activity in the group EL, group EM and group EH did not have any conspicuous difference. Conclusion.. replenish the Ganoderma sinensis polysaccharide powder can conspicuously enhance the rat exercise performance and effect of anti-mobility fatigue, which can reduce the cardiac muscle, skeletal muscle and liver damage in certain degree; to replenish high dosage (500mg/kg· d) Ganoderma sinensis polysaccharide powder in addition can take best effect on the anti-mobility fatigue, which indicates that in certain range, it exist the energy efficiency relationship.
