德国、法国、英国、意大利国际体育专利的竞争情报分析

运用描述性统计、词频分析、Ucinet 6.0统计软件,对德国、法国、英国、意大利在欧洲专利局申请的体育专利的发展趋势、IPC及申请人进行分析。结果认为:2002—2011年,德国、法国、意大利各年度在欧洲专利局的体育专利申请量、体育专利申请量占相应年度世界体育专利申请总量的比例均呈下降趋势;2010—2011年,德国、法国、英国、意大利在欧洲专利局体育专利申请中的研发领域、技术应用的关联性、申请人的集群优势及主要技术应用具有不同的特点。为我国发现体育专利研发的创新点、了解竞争对手的技术应用、研发集群优势、规避因知识产权纠纷带来的风险提供了具有参考价值的竞争情报。

The use of descriptive statistics, frequency analysis and the. statistics software of Ucinet 6.0 to analyze Germany, France, Britain and Italy＇ s development trend of the sports patent, IPC and applicant in the European Patent Office. The results show that German, Britain, France and Italian＇ s sports application meaning application amount each year, corresponding to the proportion of the total annual sports patent application at the European Patent Office was declined between 2002-- 2011 ; Germany, France, Britain and Italian＇s patent application research field of sports, technology association, the cluster advantages and main technological application with different characteristics between 2010--2011. It provides a reference value with the competitive intelligence for our sports patent ;s R ＆ D, understanding competitor technology, R ＆ D cluster advantage, avoid disputes over intellectual property risks.
