“螃蟹脚”的红外光谱分析

Infrared Spectrum Analysis of Viscum articulatum Burm.f.

利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测定了"螃蟹脚"(扁枝槲寄生Viscum articulatum Burm.f.)的红外光谱,其红外光谱主要峰位在3430、2927、2853、1625、1420、1317、1271、1074、876、781、622、545、518cm-1附近,光谱特征明显,可供辨别"螃蟹脚"真伪作参考;同时,对其化学成分和药理作用进行了初步分析。

The infrared spectrum of Viscum articulatum Burm.f.was measured by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,and the main peaks of infrared spectra were around 3430,2927,2853,1625,1420,1317,1271,1074,876,781,622,545,518cm^-1 with obvious spectral characteristic.The results can be used as a criterion for identification Viscum articulatum Burm.f..The chemical components and pharmacology effect of Viscum articulatum Burm.f.were preliminarily analyzed.
