摘要
研究了碘催化苯甲醛与环己酮反应合成了α,α′-双亚苄环烷己酮。考察了反应物摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间对收率的影响。实验结果表明,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,在回流条件下,当苯甲醛的加入量为0.1mol,环己酮的加入量为0.1 mol,即醛酮物质的量比为1∶1,催化剂用量5.1g,反应120min时,α,α′-双亚苄基环烷酮收率可达到72.8%,且具有很高的纯度。
The synthesis of α,α′-bis(benzylidene)cyclohexanone by iodine catalysis of benzaldehyde and cyclohexanone was studied.The influences factors such as the molar ratio of reactants,dosage of catalyst and reaction time on the yield were discussed.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the reaction were as follows:the molar ratio of benzaldehyde(0.1mol) to cyclohexanone(0.1mol) was 1∶1,dosage of iodine was 5.1g,the reaction time was 120min under reflux with dichloromethane.Under above conditions,the yield of α,α′-bis(benzylidene)cyclohexanone was up to 72.8% with very high purity.
