摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对银水牛果果实中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、K、Mg和Na 8种微量元素进行了分析测定。实验结果表明:在选定的条件下,方法的校准曲线线性关系良好(r=0.9990—0.9999),方法回收率(n=7)在97.5%—100.3%之间,RSD值(n=7)在1.16%—2.76%之间。银水牛果果实中K、Ca、Mg含量较高,研究结果为合理开发银水牛果果实资源提供了可靠依据。
Eight trace elements such as Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,K,Mg and Na in Shepherdia argentea were determined and analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Under the certain conditions,the linear correlations of standard curves were good(correlation coefficient from 0.9990 to 0.9999).The recoveries of the method(n=7) were 97.5%—100.3%,and the RSDs(n=7) were in the range of 1.16%—2.76%.The contents of K,Ca and Mg in Shepherdia argentea were relative abundant.The results data provided the accurate and credible evidence for reasonable development of resource of Shepherdia argentea.
