ICP-AES测定钒钛磁铁矿中的主量元素和微量元素 被引量:10

Determination of Major and Trace Elements in Vanadium Titanomagnetite by ICP-AES

摘要 通过电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱仪直接测定钒钛磁铁矿的主量元素三氧化二铝、氧化钙、氧化镁、二氧化钛、五氧化二钒和微量元素钴、镍、氧化锰。采用HF-H2SO4-HCl-HNO3溶样,选用元素最佳分析谱线和仪器合适的工作条件测定,共存元素之间的干扰很小。8种元素的方法检出限在0—0.005%范围内,各元素测定值的精密度(RSD,n=11)均小于4%。通过国家一级标准物质GBW 7224和GBW 7225测试,测定结果与标准值相符,分析方法快速简便,分析结果准确。 Major elements including Al2O3、CaO、MgO、TiO2、V2O5 and trace elements including MnO,Co,Ni in vanadium titanimagntite were directly determined by ICP-AES.The samples were dissolved by mixed acid of HF-H2SO4-HCl-HNO3 and elements were determined by selecting the optimum analysis spectrum line and suitable work conditions of instrument.The results showed very small interference among the co-existing elements.The detection limits for the 8 elements were found in the range of 0—0.005% and Precision of each element was less than 4%(n=11).Through determination of country-level standard substance GBW 7224 and GBW 7225 the determining results conformed to the standard values.The analytical method is rapid and simple with accurate analytical results.
