摘要
利用微波提取慈竹竹秆中多糖类物质。在提取温度、提取时间、液固比等单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法研究微波提取的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,微波功率为600W时,微波提取最佳条件为:提取温度123℃、提取时间44m in、液固比为41∶1(mL/g);在此工艺条件下,提取一次,慈竹竹秆多糖的得率为0.586%,而理论预测多糖得率是0.590%,实际得率达到理论预测值的99.32%。
The polysaccharides were extracted from Neosinocalamus affinis by microwave extraction.The optimal technical conditions of microwave extraction were investigated by response surface method based on single tests such as extraction temperature,extraction time and liquid-to-solid ratio.The optimal conditions of microwave extraction under the microwave power of 600W were as follows:extraction temperature of 123℃,extraction time of 44 minutes and liquid-to-solid ratio of 41∶1mL/g.Under the conditions,the extraction rate was 0.586%(theoretically predicted value of 0.590%)accounting for 99.32% of polysaccharidesd theoretically predicted value for once extraction.
