摘要
建立阿奇霉素囊泡的包封率测定方法。以紫外分光光度法为分析手段,采用反透析法测定阿奇霉素囊泡的包封率。反透析法透析平衡时间为8h,游离药物的绝对回收率符合要求。该方法测得自制阿奇霉素囊泡的平均包封率为92.51%±0.56%,10h内没有渗漏,方法重现性好。该法操作准确、简便,可用于测定阿奇霉素囊泡的包封率。
The method for determination of entrapment efficiency of azithromycin niosomes was established.The entrapment efficiency of azithromycin niosomes was determined by reverse dialysis method with UV spectrophotometry.The balance time of reverse dialysis method was 8h,and the absolute recovery of free drug agreed with the requirement.The average entrapment efficiency of azithromycin niosomes was 92.51%±0.56%.The repeatability of the method is good with no leakage in 10h.The method is accurate and simple,that can be applied to determination of entrapment efficiency of azithromycin niosomes.
