测定不同采收期中药山楂叶中的55种微量元素 被引量:4

55 Trace Elements in Hawthorn Leaves at Different Picking Time

摘要 建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定山楂叶中55种微量元素的半定量分析模式。结果表明,山楂叶中的各种微量元素含量有很大差异,以K元素含量最高,Tm元素含量最低。尽管该方法不能定量测定出全部金属元素准确的浓度,但是可以根据微量元素的分布有效地评估不同生长时期山楂叶的质量。 The semi-quantitative analysis model for simultaneous determination of 55 trace elements in hawthorn leaves by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with microwave digestion was eatablished.There were large differences in contents of various trace elements in hawthorn leaves,and the content of K was highest,while that of Tm was lowest.Though the method can not determine the accurate concentrations of entire metal elements,the quality of hawthorn leaves at different growing time was effectively evaluated according to the distribution of trace elements.
