电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定盐湖卤水中的铷和铯

Determintion of Rubidium and Cesium in Salt Lake Brine by ICP-MS

建立了电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定盐湖卤水中的铷和铯。盐湖卤水样品稀释200倍后,选择85Rb、133C s作为分析质量数,选用103Rh做内标元素,经仪器测定取得了满意的测量结果。方法检出限为Rb 0.039μg/mL,Cs 0.015μg/mL;精密度(RSD,n=12)为Rb 2.54%,Cs 1.68%;加标回收率为Rb93%—105%,Cs 94%—107%。

A new method for the determination of Rubidium and Cesium in Salt Lake Brine by ICP-MS was proposed.85Rb,133Cs were used as analisis mass number,103Rh was used as internal standard element.The detection limits of this method were 0.039μg/mL for Rb,0.015μg/mL for Cs.The propose method was used in aralysis of Salt Lake Brine samples which were diluted 200 times.Values of recovery and（RSD,n=12） found were 93%—105% for Rb and 94%—107% for Cs,2.54%for Rb and 1.68% for Cs respectively.
