摘要
分析了在太赫兹时域光谱系统的实际测量应用中由延迟线机构倾斜造成实测频谱产生线性缩放的原因;以现有商用化高精度傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的测量结果作为参考,对实测频谱线性缩放进行比对修正,得到了与真实值更接近的结果,证明了该方法的可行性。
The causes for the measured frequency spectrum produced the linear scale by the bias delay-line when terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system was used in the actual measurements were analyzed,and the linear scale of the measured frequency spectrum was compared and corrected with the results of the commercial,high-precision infrared Fourier transform spectrometer as reference,and the calibrated result was very close to the true value,that proved that this way was a feasible approach toward precision THz spectroscopy.
