摘要
研究金属离子与ATP的相互作用方式,对于阐明金属离子与ATP参与的酶反应过程具有重要的意义。31P NMR光谱结果表明ATP分子的α-P在pH 2—8研究范围内都不参与键合作用,而β-P和γ-P都参与键合作用。1H NMR光谱结果表明,当ATP与Mg2+发生相互作用时,其磷酸根阴离子与腺嘌呤碱基都会参与配位作用。紫外吸收光谱结果表明在碱性条件时,Mg2+会引起ATP分子发生碱基堆积,而在酸性条件时,碱基堆积则不会发生。
The interaction of adenosine 5′-triphosphate and Mg^2+ was investigated in order to expound the enzyme reaction process involved in the metal ions and ATP.31P NMR spectroscopy analysis showed that α-P in the ATP molecule are not involved in bonding effect in the pH within the scope of the study.On the contrary,β-P and γ-P are involved in interacting with magnesium ions.1H NMR spectra showed that the phosphate anions and adenine bases will participate in the coordination effect.Ultraviolet absorption spectra showed that in alkaline condition the base stacking of ATP molecule would be caused with the accession of Mg^2+.However,the base stacking would not be caused under acidic condition.
