分光光度法测定针剂中的头孢曲松钠 被引量:4

Determination of Ceftriaxone Sodium in Injection by Spectrophotometry

摘要 在弱酸性条件下,头孢曲松钠能够将Fe3+还原成Fe2+,利用Fe2+能与联吡啶发生配位反应形成红色配合物,其在520nm波长处有最大吸收,据此建立了Fe3+-头孢曲松钠-联吡啶体系分光光度法测定针剂中头孢曲松钠的新方法。头孢曲松钠标浓度在0.10—12.0μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.09028C(μg/mL)+0.08753,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.205×104L.mol-1.cm-1,回收率在97.6%—100.8%之间。该法用于市售针剂中头孢曲松钠的含量分析,结果满意。 In the weak acid medium,Fe3+ could be reduced to form Fe^2+ by ceftriaxone sodium.The red complex was formed by the coordination reaction between Fe2+ and 2,2′-bipyrinine,and had the maximum absorption at the wavelength of 520nm,base on this,a novel method for determination of ceftriaxone sodium in injection by spectrophotometry with system of Fe3+-ceftriaxone sodium-2,2′-bipyrinine was established.The concentration of ceftriaxone sodium had the good linear relationship in the range of 0.10—12.0μg/mL with absorbance,and the linear regression equation was A=0.09028C(mg/L)+0.08753 with the apparent molar absorption coefficient of 5.205×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1nd the recoveries were from 97.6% to 100.8%.The method is applied to analysis of the content of ceftriaxone sodium in the commercial injection.
