溴酸钾氧化中性红荧光光谱法测定痕量铜(Ⅲ)离子 被引量:2

Determination of Trace Copper(Ⅱ)Ions by Fluorescence Spectrometry for Potassium Bromate Oxidation of Neutral Red

摘要 在H3PO4介质中,Cu2+催化时,KBrO3氧化中性红,使其荧光猝灭,荧光猝灭程度与Cu2+的量在一定范围内呈线性关系。建立了一种荧光光谱法测定痕量Cu2+。方法的激发和发射波长分别为542nm和642nm,在最佳条件下该法测定Cu2+的线性范围为4.0×10-6—6.0×10-5g/L,检出限为8.1×10-7g/L。方法操作简单,适用于水样中Cu2+含量的测定。 Neutral red was oxidated by potassium bromate resulting in fluorescence quenching of neutral red with copper(Ⅱ) ions as catalysis under the H3PO4 medium.There was a linear relationship between degree of fluorescence quenching and copper(Ⅱ) ions amoung in certain range.The method was established to determine trace copper(Ⅱ) ions.The excitation and emission wavelengths were respectively 542nm and 642nm.The linear range of copper(Ⅱ) was in the range of 4.0×10^-6—6.0×10^-5g/L with detection limit of 8.1×10^-7g/ L under the optimal conditions.This method has simple operation,and can be applied to determination of copper(Ⅱ)ions in water samples.
