摘要
利用荧光光谱技术研究了pH、离子强度、金属离子、表面活性剂对山梨酸钾(PSS)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)相互作用的影响。实验结果表明,PSS对BSA有较强的荧光猝灭作用,PSS与BSA发生反应生成了新的复合物,属于静态荧光猝灭。不同的实验条件都会不同程度地影响PSS与BSA的相互作用。
The effects of pH value,ionic strength,metal ion and surfactant active agent on the interaction of potaasium sorbate(PSS) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) were investigated by fluorescence spectra.The results showed that PSS had a quite strong ability to quench the fluorescence of BSA,then PSS reacted with BSA to form a new compound.The quenching belonged to static fluorescence quenching.The interaction of PSS and BSA was affected by different experimental conditions.
