葡萄渣发酵生产高生物量饲料酵母的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究以啤酒酵母为发酵菌种,利用葡萄渣水解液作为发酵培养基的唯一碳源,设计正交试验对高生物量饲料酵母的发酵生产进行了初步研究。结果表明,在发酵液初始pH为6.0,装液量为150 mL/500 mL,接种量为10%,硫酸铵添加量为1.0%,摇床转速为200 r/min,发酵温度为32℃,发酵时间为84 h的最优发酵条件下,酵母的生物量可达22.17 g/L。 The high biomass fodder yeast was produced using grape residue, by a single factor and orthogonal design experiments.The optimal combinations showed as follows:initial pH of culture medium was 6.0,liquid volume was 150 mL/ 500 mL,the inoculation amount was 10 % ,ammonium sulfate content was 1.0 % ,and then culture on the shake bed with 200 r/min at 32 ℃ for 84 h,under the optimized conditions,the yeast biomass was 22.17 g/L.
