采用分光光度法测定了驱虫斑鸠菊果实及各种剂型中总黄酮的含量 ,检测波长为 5 10nm ,回归方程A =11 44 10C +0 0 0 0 3,r=0 9992 RSD =2 2 7% (n =5 )。

The content of flavonoids in the fruit and various medical forms of fructus vernonia is tested by spectrophotometry at the wave of 510nm, with the following regressing equation A=11.4410×C+0.0003, r=0.9992, RSD=2.27%(n=5).
