摘要
针对现在矿用提升机故障检测中仅仅依靠实时信号来表征与处理提升机的故障中存在的被动检测,故障数据不准确检测延时等诸多问题,提出了基于C4.5决策树的矿用提升机故障预警系统设计方法。研究了如何选取提升机故障预警参数与如何对这些数据进行预处理。研究了使用决策树构造的方法来设计故障预警系统。通过实际验证证明这种预警方法对故障的预警准确率较高,具有很强的时效性,对矿用提升机故障检测与预警系统的研发与改进有很强的借鉴意义。
The paper proposed mine hoist fault early warning system design method based on the C4.5 decision tree. The hoist fault warning parameters were selected and preprocessed. The decision tree construction method was used to design fault early warning system. The actual verification proved that the fault prediction accuracy rate is high with the early warning method and the timeliness is perfect.
