摘要
观察早期睑腺炎外用消肿药喜疗妥 (Hirudoid)的疗效。方法 :观察诊断明确、病后就诊时间平均 2 .5d的内、外睑腺炎 56例于眼部红肿压疼区使用喜疗妥膏的治疗结果 ,并与抗生素治疗组 42例对照。结果 :喜疗妥治疗组的炎症消退快 ,疗程短 ,脓肿、肉芽肿发生率低 ,两组差异有高度显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :喜疗妥局部应用 ,作用快、效果好 ,反复应用无刺激性。
Objective:To observe the effect of Hirudoid in early hordeolum.Methods:Hirudoid was applied to 56 patients with definite diagnosis of internal or external hordeolum and the mean course of disease was two and a half days.The 56 cases which were applied Hirudoid to the area with congestive,tumescent and pressure pain were comparied with the 42 cases treated with antibiotic.Result:In Hirudoid group,inflammation disappeared more quickly,and the period of treatment was shortened.The progonosis was perfect.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Using topically,the author can get good effect and no irritation .
