摘要
探讨一种更为有效的非超声乳化小切口白内障术式。方法 :在 6mm隧道切口下 ,采用医用涤纶线套切晶状体核的方法 ,行老年性白内障囊外摘除并后房型人工晶体植入术 31 1例、343只眼。结果 :术后 1天、1个月、3个月视力检查 :≥ 0 .5者分别占 85.1 %、89.2 %和 95.8% ;视力≥ 1 .0者分别占 2 8%、64%和 67%。术后 3天、1个月、3个月进行散光检查 ,平均分别为 1 .2 1± 0 .87D、1 .0 0± 0 .79D和 0 .93± 0 .82 D,与同期所行的 6mm切口超声乳化白内障摘除后房型人工晶体植入术比较 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :线切核白内障摘除术除具有切口小、创伤少、视力恢复快等优点外 ,对眼角膜内皮组织损伤小 ,并能摘除各种硬核白内障 ,使小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除手术更加安全、有效。
Objective:To investigate a kind of more effective method of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction by non phacoemulsification.Methods:Three hundred and eleven patients(343 eyes)were performed extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber lens implantation with a virgin silk suture cleavage nucleus through a 6mm scleral tunnel incision.Results:Postoperatively the percentage of patients with visual acuity equal or better than 0.5 was 85.1%,89.2% and 95.8%,the percentage of patients with visual acuity equal or better than 1.0 was 28%,64% and 67% at the first day,the first month,and the third month respectively.The mean astigmatism value was 1 21±0 87D,1 00±0 79D and 0 93±0 82D at the first three day,the first month,and the third month respectively.Compared with the extracapsular cataract extraction by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation through a 6mm scleral tunnel at the same time,the results were not satisfied significantly.Conclusion:This method has the advantanges of small incision,milder tissue injury and fast restoration of visual acuity.It also has little injury to the corneal endothelium cells and can extract all kinds of nucleus,which make the small incision extracapsular cataract extraction by non phaco emulsification safer and more effective.
