Electrical Status Epilepticus in Sleep and Its Related Syndrome

摘要 睡眠中癫癎性电持续状态是一种特殊的脑电图表现,可以出现于多种癫癎综合征,伴随癎性发作、神经心理损伤及运动倒退等,早期改善睡眠中癫癎性电持续状态可有效改善患儿预后。现就近几年来国内外对该病诊治方面的相关研究进展进行综述。 Electrical status epilepticus in sleep （ESES） describes a special kind of electroencephalographic pattern, which can be seen in different epileptic syndromes. Many patients are left with seizures, neuropsychiatric impairments, and motor deficits. Early treatment with effective therapy to ameliorate the ESES pattern is essential for improving prognosis. This article summarizes advances of its diagnosis and treatment.
