摘要
幼儿园教师的专业知识是其专业素质的重要组成部分,体现着幼儿园教师作为一种专门化职业的独特性和不可替代性。它既是每一位幼儿园教师必须具备的知识,又是其"专业理念与师德"和"专业能力"的认知基础。《幼儿园教师专业标准》将教师的专业知识分为"儿童发展知识""保育教育知识"和"通识性知识"三个部分。这三类各具内涵与特殊要求的知识对幼儿园教师的专业水平和发展起着重要的根本制约作用。幼儿园教师可以通过自主的终身学习、与同伴合作交流、反思实践等途径,促进自身专业知识的发展。
Kindergarten teachers' professional knowledge is an important part of their professional qualities.Kindergarten teachers' professional standards divided the teachers' professional knowledge into the knowledge of child development,conservation education,and the literature.This paper began from the interpretation of the concept of expertise,and analyzed the structure and role of kindergarten teachers' professional knowledge and discussed the development approaches.
