摘要
基于湖南省学前教师教育的现状,在未来的学前教师教育事业发展中,政府应该科学规划全省学前师资示范培养的层次结构,加强调控和引导力度,完善学前师资培养专业类别;加大公费培养学前师资的力度;加强学前师资管理,解决好学前教师身份问题。
Based on the preschool teachers education's status quo of Hunan province, the government should plan the province's preschool demonstration culture of hierarchy scientifically, strengthen regulation and control, and increase public funds to develop the preschool teachers education, and strengthen the management of preschool teachers at the same time.
