摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,美国的道德滑坡现象日益严重,青少年吸毒、酗酒、偷窃、欺骗等行为日益增多,促使政策制定者、教育实践者与研究者重新关注品格教育。随着对品格教育教学效果的重视,以及相关教学效果数据的日益增多,对美国品格教育实施科学的实效性测评变得日益迫切。近年来,教育实践者与研究者对此进行了大量的、系统化的研究,主要涉及到品格教育实效性测评的测评内容、测评标准、测评方法及测评工具,并对测评实施过程中出现的难点与存在的问题进行了梳理与分析,在此基础上提出了相应的测评优化策略。
Since the I980s,America's moral decline is becoming increasingly serious,and the youth drug abuse, alcoholism, theft, deception have increased, which prompt character education regain the concerns of the policy makers,education practitioners and researchers. With the importance attached to teaching effect ,as well as the increasing of data related to it,the effectiveness evaluation of character education is increasingly drawing attention. In recent years,American education practitioners and researchers have conducted systematic researches on the effectiveness evaluation of character education. Their research mainly involves the evaluation content,standard,methods and tools, analyzes the difficukies and problems appearing in the process of evaluation and proposes the corresponding evaluation optimization strategies.
