最适化逆向运筹服务产能配置

Optimizing Service Capacity Allocation in Reverse Logistics Chain

摘要 逆向运筹的规划与管理对产业的营运绩效有着相当显著的重要性。文章旨在建立服务策略与成本分析数学模式,在最小化整体服务成本的考虑下,设计最适化区域策略伙伴的选定与服务产能配置,由于前后不同等级服务点的选定会彼此牵制服务成本,影响最终整体成本。因此,以非线性规划求解服务策略分析问题,范例说明在设定服务点选择与无产能限制条件下,最大与最小整体服务成本为5.54%及3.11%销售额,相差近78.1%,约2.43%销售额,严重影响公司最后营运绩效与公司竞争力。后续研究可依本文数学模式,加入不同产业特性与限制条件,或增加环境冲击与客户满意度成本考虑,找出最适化不同服务等级服务点选定与产能配置。 The strategy and management of reverse logistics significantly affects business performance.A mathematical model is presented here to optimize service strategy for third-party logistics partners(3PLs) selection and capacity allocation in balance of the consideration of customer satisfaction and total warranty claims.This service strategy analysis is a nonlinear programming problem owing to each service level warranty claims will depend on previous and following service level arrangement.Example shows the gap of warranty claim may up to 2.43% of revenues,78.1% difference between optimal solution 3.11% and worst scenario 5.54% of revenues.It seriously impacts overall business performance and company competitiveness.To add extra service cost element into the presented mathematical model here,environment impact or customer satisfaction,is interesting for research following based on different industrial constraints,trying to optimize 3PLs location and capacity allocation.
