This paper explained scientifically the feature of the electrical design in the large commercial districts and residential quarters, which including power requirement, power substation＇s set, calculated transformer capacity. It＇s also referring the overall design of the whole quarters, including the matters needing attention during design of strong electric system and weak current system. It provided developers and electrical designers of the overall design proposal, which helps to avoid repeating design.
