固定单价合同下的工程造价控制策略研究

The Study of Project Cost Control Strategy under Fixed Unite Price Contract

本文首先对固定单价合同的特点及其优缺点进行了分析。然后,分别阐述了固定单价合同下招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段的工程造价控制策略。其中,招投标阶段从制作招标文件、评标、合同谈判三个方面讲述工程造价控制应该注意的问题。

In this paper, firstly the characteristics of fixed unite price contract and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Then it respectively expounds the project cost control strategies in the contract bidding stage, construction stage, completion settlement stage under fixed unite price contract. Among the contract bidding stage, it tells the project cost control problems we should pay attention to from three aspects of making the tender documents, evaluation of tender documents and contract negotiations.
