注浆技术在房建工程中的应用研究

在房建工程中,在很多地方会出现一些危险隐患,如混凝土结合处、地下室等会出现裂缝;室内的门、窗和墙角处也会出现渗漏的现象。这些隐患会大大影响人们的正常生活,特别是在正常房屋设计方面,可能会将原来所设计的房屋构造所改变,一些实用功能也因此而被改变,造成了不必要的浪费,严重的甚至会影响人们的生命财产。对于这些危险隐患采取普通的方法可能会带来很多副作用,相对而言,注浆技术对于这些危险隐患能够完全阻止其危害作用,而且其不但能够将原本房屋建筑的安全性能提高,同时还能够将建筑的使用寿命延长,所以,注浆技术是建筑工程中十分值得研究和使用的一项技术。

The dangerous hidden dangers would be emerged in house-building project, which can change original design of the housing structure, thereupon changes some practical functions, resulting in unnecessary waste and even affecting people＇s life and property. Many side effects would be brought when adopting ordinary methods to deal with hidden dangers, relatively speaking, grouting technology can completely prevent the damage for these hidden dangers, and its can not only improve safety performance of originally buildings, but also extends service life of the building, so, the grouting technology is worthy of studying and using in building engineering.
