摘要
社会资本在企业文化建设中具有重要作用。然而,民营企业灵活多变的随意性特征导致规范性不足。血缘、地缘观念导致组织内信任的缺失,家长制领导方式不能形成有效的社会资本网络。"差序格局"形成的意识成为阻碍民营企业领导人社会资本存量增加的主要因素。认真审视传统文化的影响,不断增加企业社会资本是现代民营企业发展的需要。
Social capital plays an important role in the building oi enterprise culture. However, private enterprises are so flexible ana random that specification is insufficient. Blood relationship and geopolitical concepts lead to a lack of trust within the organization, patriarchal leadership style can not form an effective network of social capital. Awareness of formation of "diversity-orderly structure" becomes main factors of hindering private enterprise leaders" increase in stock of social capital. To scan the influence of traditional culture seriously and increase social capital constantly is the needs of development of modern private enterprises.
